🦷 What You’ll Do
✔ Assist pediatric dentists chairside during cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and other treatments.
✔ Create a positive and calming environment for children and their families.
✔ Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms, organizing kid-friendly materials and instruments.
✔ Educate children on proper brushing, flossing, and healthy oral hygiene habits.
✔ Take and process pediatric dental X-rays with care and accuracy.
✔ Manage instruments and sterilization in line with safety and infection control protocols.
✔ Support smooth patient flow by coordinating with the front desk and clinical team.
✔ Comfort and guide children throughout their visit with patience, encouragement, and a smile.

🌟 What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience working with children—whether in a dental office, school, childcare, or similar setting (a big plus!).
✔ Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the pediatric dental field.
✔ Excellent communication skills with a warm, upbeat personality.
✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy practice.
✔ Radiology certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software (a plus!).
