🦷 What You’ll Do
✔ Assist the orthodontist chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for.
✔ Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials before each visit.
✔ Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments to meet safety standards.
✔ Take accurate digital X-rays as directed.
✔ Maintain patient records and help with charting during and after appointments.
✔ Support orthodontic treatments, including braces adjustments, retainer fittings, and wire changes.
✔ Follow all infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.

🌟 What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience working chairside in a dental or orthodontic setting (school or externship experience counts!).
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in orthodontics.
✔ A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Friendly, patient-focused communication skills.
✔ Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office.
✔ Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a plus (but not required).
