✔ Oversee and manage patient scheduling across multiple offices, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction.
✔ Lead front office operations—streamlining check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination.
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, offering compassionate, clear communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and scheduling.
✔ Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
✔ Collaborate with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure seamless patient flow.
✔ Train and mentor junior front office staff, fostering professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
