🦷 Your Responsibilities
✔ Manage patient scheduling for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using dental scheduling software (Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental).
✔ Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and properly filed.
✔ Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions about treatments, policies, and appointment availability.
✔ Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the dental management system.
✔ Work closely with dentists, assistants, and coordinators to support smooth patient flow.
✔ Confirm appointments and share pre- and post-treatment instructions with patients.
✔ Keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming for every patient who walks through our doors.

🌟 What We’re Looking For
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front office/administrative role (preferred).
✔ Proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy office.
✔ A team player who thrives in collaboration but can also handle patient interactions independently.
