Recruitment Manager
Join Our Team as a Recruitment Manager!
Are you a recruitment leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving talent strategies that make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and mentor a team of 3–4 recruiters and play a key role in scaling our organization through innovative and efficient hiring practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
- Oversee our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely posting and pipeline management.
- Guide your team in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Manage candidate pipelines, screen applications, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and post-interview feedback efficiently.
- Lead weekly recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring trackers.
- Identify process improvements and implement innovative strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Coach and develop junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, with leadership or team mentoring experience preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment operations, and passive candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, job posting tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.
