🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Support the installation of desktop and laptop software and hardware
•  Configure, set up, and install desktop/laptop PCs and Microsoft Office applications
• Install and troubleshoot Windows Desktop systems and other critical software
• Set up new user accounts and manage password resets in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Perform basic data entry across project management, IT systems, practice management, and financial software
• Efficiently enter, verify, and manage complex datasets with high accuracy
• Generate detailed reports, perform basic data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics
• Design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems
• Monitor and enhance the performance and reliability of IT systems and services
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Implement APIs to support diverse business applications

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of progressive experience in IT support leadership roles

Expertise in server administration, network management, and IT infrastructure design

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

Operational discipline with a proven track record of delivering results on time

 Passion for technology innovation and commitment to continuous learning

Experience in CRM / software building
