📊 Data Analyst – NYFD HQ

The Data Analyst reports to the management team of NYFD HQ and is responsible for ensuring critical projects are expertly organized, scheduled, analyzed, communicated, and managed to help the organization achieve its business objectives.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for data analysis
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, graphs, charts)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights with coworkers
• High attention to detail, catching small factors that could affect results
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, and workflows

• Comfortable speaking and writing in English

🔹 Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate and download pre-populated reports from practice management software
• Distribute daily task lists across multiple service lines
• Generate and maintain marketing campaign lists and databases
• Perform data cleanups and document processes for consistency
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy
• Protect sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management

📍 Location Requirement

This is an onsite role. Candidates must be willing to commute to our office in Clark.
