💰 Compensation
Competitive hourly rates starting at $60/hr + bonus commission. Candidates with meaningful experience are eligible for higher pay.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Perform routine cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing to remove plaque and tartar.
✔ Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and diet for long-term oral health.
✔ Administer local anesthesia and apply sealants as required.
✔ Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), following safety protocols.
✔ Collaborate with dentists to evaluate oral health, identify potential concerns, and assist in treatment planning.
✔ Deliver pre- and post-operative care, educating patients on home care and recovery after procedures.
✔ Monitor and chart patients’ periodontal health, assisting in gum disease treatment planning.
✔ Stay up to date on advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technology through continuing education.
✔ Maintain accurate records of procedures, treatment recommendations, and patient progress.

Qualifications

✔ Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
✔ Active RDH license in the state of practice.
✔ Experience providing comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care.
✔ Skilled in diagnostic and preventive procedures: X-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral cancer screenings.
✔ Strong communication skills for patient education and teamwork.

✔ Adherence to all legal and ethical standards of dental hygiene.
