Multi-Site Operations Manager
As the Multi-Site Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the operational success of a region of dental offices, ensuring efficiency, team engagement, and exceptional patient care. This role requires you to be based in the New York Metro Area, visiting practices onsite at least four days per week. You will work closely with leadership and office teams to enhance operational processes, strengthen training programs, and drive a culture of excellence in patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and integration for new teammates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, professional development for employees across multiple locations.
- Manage patient interactions and service delivery to uphold the highest standards of care and hospitality.
- Support, coach, guide teams in reinforcing key operational tasks and enhancing patient experiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement strategic action plans.
- Focused on patient care, employee engagement, and operational processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 5-7 years of multi-site dental operations leadership experience, overseeing multiple locations
- Proven track record of leading large teams, coaching managers, and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
