IT / Software Development Specialist
Position Overview:
As IT / Software Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex technical challenges, overseeing critical IT projects, and supporting seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and monitor computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Support the installation of desktop and laptop software and hardware.
- Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows Desktop systems and other critical software.
- Set up new user accounts and manage password resets in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Perform basic data entry across various platforms, including project management, IT systems, practice management, and financial software.
- Efficiently enter, verify, and manage complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Generate detailed reports, perform basic data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively.
- Design, implement, and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Monitor and enhance the performance and reliability of IT systems and services.
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement APIs to support diverse business applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support leadership roles.
- Expertise in server administration, network management, and IT infrastructure design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Operational discipline with a proven track record of delivering results on time.
- Passion for technology innovation and commitment to continuous learning.
