As the Regional Director of Field Operations, you will lead and oversee the operational success of 20-50 dental offices, ensuring efficiency, team engagement, and exceptional patient care. 

Hourly rates start at $30 per hour. Candidates with meaningful experience can earn higher compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for employees across multiple locations.
• Monitor and manage patient interactions and service delivery to uphold the highest standards of care and hospitality.
• Support, coach, and guide teams in handling escalations, reinforcing key operational tasks, and enhancing patient experiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and office management to optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient care, employee engagement, and operational processes.
