✨ What You’ll Do

• As a key member of our pediatric dental team, you’ll ensure that every child feels comfortable and cared for during their visit:
• Assist pediatric dentists chairside during cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and other treatments
• Help create a positive and calming environment for children and their families
• Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms, organizing kid-friendly instruments and materials
• Provide patient education on brushing, flossing, and oral hygiene habits tailored to young patients
• Take and process pediatric dental X-rays with care and precision
• Manage instruments and sterilization according to strict safety protocols
• Support smooth patient flow by collaborating with the front desk and other clinical team members
• Comfort and guide children through their visit with patience, empathy, and a friendly attitude

• Experience working with children — in dental settings, schools, or childcare (highly preferred)

• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is a plus
