✨ What You’ll Do

• As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll help keep our office running efficiently while providing exceptional patient care:
• Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures, including braces, retainer fittings, and wire changes
• Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials ahead of each visit
• Keep dental instruments clean, organized, and sterilized according to safety protocols
• Take clear and accurate digital X-rays as directed
• Maintain patient records and assist with charting during and after appointments
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and team members

💡 What We’re Looking For

You may be a perfect fit if you bring:

• Some chairside experience in a dental or orthodontic setting (school or externships count!)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of orthodontics
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset
• Good communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach
• Organization, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy office
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a bonus, but not required
