✨ What You’ll Do

• As a senior member of the administrative team, you will help drive efficiency, exceptional service, and smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing patient scheduling across multiple locations, optimizing provider efficiency and the overall patient experience using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or similar platforms
• Leading front office operations, including check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination
• Serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, offering clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and scheduling
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential patient records in full compliance with HIPAA
• Coordinating closely with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure seamless patient flow
