Data Analyst
đź’ˇ Key Responsibilities
- Generate and download pre-populated reports from practice management software.
- Distribute daily task lists across multiple service lines to keep operations running smoothly.
- Create marketing campaign lists and maintain accurate databases.
- Perform data cleanups and document processes to ensure data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies promptly and report findings to management.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist with special projects as needed, providing insights and support to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is protected.
📌 Skills & Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for data analysis with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data clearly to coworkers and management.
- General understanding of business operations, objectives, and workflows.

- Comfortable speaking and communicating in English.
