• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing to remove plaque and tartar.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care to support long-term dental health.
• Administer local anesthesia and perform sealant applications as required.
• Collaborate with dentists to evaluate oral health, identify potential concerns, and assist in treatment planning.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, educating patients on home care and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor periodontal health, perform periodontal charting, and assist with gum disease treatment planning
• Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies through continuing education.

📌 Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice dental hygiene in your state (e.g., RDH license).
• Experience providing comprehensive dental cleanings and preventive care.
