✨ Position: Dental Front Office Coordinator

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and motivated team member to be the welcoming face of our practice! If you enjoy helping patients, keeping a busy office running smoothly, and being part of a collaborative dental team, this role is for you.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and a smile.
• Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or similar systems.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions related to treatments, office policies, insurance, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Coordinate closely with dentists, dental assistants, and treatment coordinators to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare/administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Eaglesoft).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work well independently while supporting a team-focused environment.
