As a Dentist, your task is to establish patient trust, maintain comfort, engage and educate, deliver fast care without sacrificing quality, and work with the treatment planner to help motivate the patient to say yes. We are expanding access to care in our community, so we take most dental plans. This means you'll be seeing a lot of patients throughout the day. Requirements 🎯

You are definitely a match if you...

• Are a licensed dentist in the state of New York
• Are willing to work a weekend day (either a Saturday or Sunday)
• Possess our core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication and teamwork
• Are comfortable speaking English (and bonus points if you are bilingual)
• Are eligible to work in the United States and can commute to one of our office locations
• Have experience with all facets of dentistry including endo, surgery, implants, removable, restorative, and Invisalign
• Understand what it takes to deliver a great clinical and customer experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine checkups, teeth cleaning, and preventative care measures to patients.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive dental care plan based on patient's individual needs.
• Perform tooth extractions, root canal treatment, and other dental procedures as required.
• Diagnose dental diseases and treat patients based on the diagnosis findings.
• Provide dental hygiene education and customize preventive measures that promote oral healthcare.
• Monitor and maintain patient's oral health progress and maintain accurate dental records.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and dental staff in accordance with OSHA and ADA standards.
• Work with dental staff to ensure excellent patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing.
