Attention All Business Team Oriented Social Workers & Performance Psychologists

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate team member (or consultant), with a Masters in Social Work or Masters in Psychology, to join our Growth Oriented Team in providing thought partnership and coaching like services to our Dental Office Teams in Brooklyn, New York.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for visiting each office in person regularly and providing ongoing support and assistance to help our team members become the best possible versions of themselves, personally and professionally.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals committed to providing outstanding services to our patients while fostering a positive and nurturing work environment.

Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

•  Support and guide our team members to help them manage stress (both at work and at home), build resilience, and enhance their overall sense of well-being.  

• Offer training and workshops on mental health, team communication, and conflict resolution to help our team members build stronger relationships with one another.
• Guide team members on interpersonal communication skills and how to treat patients with respect and compassion in a manner consistent with our “I Like You” Culture
• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and programs that support our Team's mental health and well-being.
•  Serve as a confidential resource for our team members who may be dealing with personal or professional challenges.

Qualifications:

•  Experience providing counseling, coaching, or training in a business setting.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Licensed to work in the state of New York, ability to travel to offices regularly.
•  Masters in Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
